"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." — Colossians 3:23.
Where HR meets Ministry.
That's not just a tagline, but the lens in which I see everything through. I believe every person carries gifts worth sharpening, and every organization carrying a calling deserves the structure to sustain it.
With specialized education and over ten years in Human Resources across church ministry, nonprofit spaces, government and corporate environments, I've seen firsthand what happens when good missions lack the infrastructure to support them. Talented people get overwhelmed, growing organizations stall and leaders carry more than they were intended to. My work is the solution to these roadblocks that affect real progression.
My heart for ministry and my background in HR aren't separate parts of my life but the same calling showing up in different rooms. Whether I'm helping a church build its first employee handbook, coaching an organization through a hard staffing decision, or sitting with someone trying to figure out their next career move, the goal is always the same: helping people and organizations build something that lasts.
My expertise is open to anyone who needs honest counsel and real support — individuals, small businesses, nonprofits, and ministries alike. You don't have to have all of the answers for us to work together. You just have to be ready to collaborate and build something meaningful, with excellence, on a foundation that holds. This is more than consulting to me - it's stewardship to help you organize, strengthen, and sustain what's already been placed in your hands.
