Does KyeshaInHR only work with churches or religious organizations?No. Faith is the foundation of how I work, not a requirement for who I serve. My heart and my door are open to any individual or organization seeking honest guidance and real support.
I'm not in HR - Can you still help me?Yes. Many clients aren't HR professionals at all — they're business owners, ministry leaders, or individuals navigating their own career questions. The Clarity Session and HR Pro Partner package are built with exactly this in mind.
What does the full process look like?(1) Choose the service/package that fits you or book a free consultation. (2) Complete the intake questionnaire based on the determined package (3) Book follow-up to discuss your goals. (4) Decide together whether to move forward. (5) Sign the agreement and supporting documents. (6) Get started — and let's make real progress.
Why do the main packages require a 90-day commitment ?Real organizational change takes time to implement and measure — 90 days allows us to assess the needs, set realistic milestones, build momentum, and show measurable progress before evaluating next steps.
Can I create my own custom package for my specific needs?Not at this time. Each package was designed around the most common needs at that level of HR support. If your needs fall outside these tiers, a one-time advisory session is a great way to get personalized guidance without committing to a full package.
Do you travel if your client isn't local?Yes, travel is available for in-person meetings, trainings, etc. Travel accommodations and any associated costs are discussed and arranged directly with the client or organization beforehand.
